You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Seeds, plants, and opened nutrient bottles are non-returnable for health reasons
• Custom enterprise systems are non-refundable once installed

How to Request a Refund

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
